Ready to completely unplug? Join us at Bronx Yoga LaSalle for a sound bath designed to help you rest and reset.

If you’ve never experienced a sound bath before, think of it as an opportunity for relaxing self-reflection or meditation. In fact, many people find they are transported somewhere else entirely! During this 60-minute session, you will be invited to lie down or sit comfortably while the rich, harmonic vibrations of quartz crystal bowls wash over you. There is absolutely nothing you need to "do;" the sound handles the work, offering a deeply restful experience meant for both body and mind. No previous experience with meditation or sound journeys is needed!

Please note that registering on Eventbrite or Meetup does not guarantee your place. Tickets are available at a special event price at $22 + tax per person and must be purchased directly through Bronx Yoga's Fliip page to secure a spot.

This event is taking place at the Bronx Yoga LaSalle studio, located at 7682 Rue Édouard, LaSalle, QC, H8P 1T6, and runs from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., ET.

Doors open 15 minutes early so you have some time to settle in before we start. To ensure a peaceful, uninterrupted experience for everyone, the doors will lock at 6:35 p.m. sharp.

Come dressed in whatever clothing will allow you to sit and lay down comfortably. Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows are provided by the studio for the first 10 participants who require them (on a first-come, first-serve basis) so you're also encouraged to bring your own (especially if you aren't able to arrive early and want to be sure you have everything you need to feel fully supported).

While the crystal bowls do most of the talking, the spoken guidance at the very beginning and end of the session might be in either English, French, or a blend of both depending on the needs of the group. If you aren't comfortable following along in one of these languages, please let Anna-Maria know in advance so the opening and closing words can be adjusted accordingly.
