Intentional Co-Working
-
These online sessions offer a dedicated, structured space to harness the power of community, shared focus, and productivity. If you have never experienced a co-working session (also commonly referred to as 'body doubling') it is the practice of working on tasks alongside others to boost motivation, focus, and accountability.
During the session, we will gather for a few minutes at the start to briefly share our intentions, and then dive into a timed, distraction-free block of time to work on our individual projects, goals, or journaling at our own pace. Many find the shared environment naturally helps getting started, and staying on task, so much easier.

You are welcome to bring whatever you have been wanting to create space for; the "intentionality" simply comes from choosing a focus that serves you in the moment and committing to it with the group. This could be a relaxing form of self-care, like journaling, reading a book you’ve been meaning to get to, meditation, etc.
It can also be the kind of practical self-care that helps get you set up for the week ahead, such as catching up on emails, doing dishes, folding laundry, or even stepping away for a mindful walk, stretch, or yoga sesh.
There are no right or wrong tasks; if it’s something you normally find hard to prioritize, this is the perfect space to dedicate to it.

Online co-working sessions are completely free.
Reserve your spot directly via Eventbrite or Meetup. Don’t have an account and prefer not to create one? Email connect@momentumxix.com for a direct link. (Note: I’ll do my best to reply ASAP, but please email early to ensure you get the link before the session starts!)

You might like to wear something comfortable and find a cozy spot in your home where you can settle in and focus. You are more than welcome to work with your camera on or off, but attendees are encouraged to keep it on when possible as it creates a stronger sense of community and shared accountability.
For the session itself, you can bring:
A journal, notebook, or whatever project/task you are currently working on;
A pen or the tools you need for your goals;
Headphones if you are in a space with potential background disruptions; and
Water, or tea, or maybe even a snack. :)

This event is hosted in English, but a warm welcome is extended to everyone! If you are more comfortable in French, please let me know in advance and I will gladly share a few key remarks in French to ensure you can follow along smoothly.

I host these Intentional Co-Working sessions monthly for free on Google Meet. However, if you find that this shared focus structure works well for you and you’d like to build it into your daily or weekly routine, you can join me and other hosts on a platform called Flow Club!
Flow Club is an incredible online community designed specifically for virtual body doubling, offering different styles of small, host-led focus sessions around the clock. It is a wonderful resource for consistent productivity and community-backed momentum.
If you would like to try it out, you are welcome to use this community referral link; you will receive an extended 2-week free trial (instead of the usual 7 days) to explore the platform, and as a bonus, Anna-Maria receives a complimentary month of membership if you choose to join after your trial!
