Discovery Call
-
A discovery call is a free, 30-minute conversation designed to look at where you are, what your goals are, and explore what working together could look like.
If you are interested in coaching, we will look at areas in your life that might be feeling out of alignment, discuss what coaching is (and just as importantly, what it isn’t), and determine if a coaching partnership is the right next step.
If you are drawn to inner work, we will discuss the themes you want to explore, outline how these guided, reflective sessions work, and see if inner work is the right fit.
If you aren’t quite sure which path you need, that okay too. We will simply look at what you are currently facing and explore both options together. There is absolutely no pressure or obligation to sign up for sessions; this is simply a supportive space to see if we are a good match.

Coaching is a professional partnership focused on helping you move forward. Through purposeful conversation and structured inquiry, I will work to help you gain clarity on what you want, uncover what’s getting in the way, and build the awareness and strategies needed to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
According to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the global standard-bearer for professional coaching, coaching is defined as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential." At its core, it is a forward-focused, client-led process. The answers don’t come from the coach, they come from you. Having completed my certification through Concordia University’s ICF-accredited program, my role as your coach is to ask the right questions, hold the right space, and help you access the clarity and capability you already have.
Coaching is not therapy. It does not treat mental health conditions, process trauma, or explore the past as its primary focus. If you are interested in working through a mental health concern, a therapist or counsellor is the more appropriate support.
Coaching is not consulting or mentoring. A coach does not tell you what to do, offer expert advice, or prescribe solutions. The process is designed to draw out your own thinking, not replace it.
Coaching works best when you come with a genuine desire to grow, a willingness to be honest with yourself, and a commitment to doing the work between sessions. It is not a passive process, and that’s precisely what makes it so effective.

Inner Work is a dedicated framework for deep reflection, designed to help you slow down, drop beneath the surface, and connect with your inner landscape.
In these sessions, we begin by grounding the mind and entering a calm, meditative space. From there, we use a blend of quiet exploration, somatic awareness, and reflective inquiry to work with whatever is asking for attention. This might include meeting different aspects of the self, exploring core behavioral patterns, or bringing compassionate awareness to old stories.
This pathway focuses heavily on presence and internal integration, and is entirely tailored to you. Some clients experience this work through practical, quiet reflection, while others engage with it through symbolic, intuitive, or spiritual imagery. While I hold the space and guide the process, you are always an active participant and remain in full control of the trajectory.
Inner Work is not coaching. While coaching is primarily forward-focused and action-oriented, inner work is about presence and reflection. In an inner work session, we won’t be setting actionable goals, mapping out strategies, or pushing for an outcome; instead, we will hold space for whatever needs to be seen and understood in the present moment.
Inner Work is not therapy. While it can be deeply healing and supportive, it is not designed to treat clinical mental health conditions or process acute trauma. If you are navigating a mental health crisis, a licensed therapist is the appropriate support.
Inner Work works best when you arrive with an open mind, a willingness to look honestly at the parts of yourself that feel hidden or uncomfortable. It is a space for profound discovery.
