A coaching session is a dedicated, structured space designed to help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
Together, we will dive into a specific topic or challenge you want to focus on, untangle the roadblocks holding you back, and co-create clear, actionable next steps. Every session is entirely confidential, client-driven, and focused on building real, sustainable momentum.

Coaching is a professional partnership focused on helping you move forward. Through purposeful conversation and structured inquiry, I will work to help you gain clarity on what you want, uncover what’s getting in the way, and build the awareness and strategies needed to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
According to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the global standard-bearer for professional coaching, coaching is defined as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential." At its core, it is a forward-focused, client-led process. The answers don’t come from the coach, they come from you. The coach’s role is to ask the right questions, hold the right space, and help you access the clarity and capability you already have.
Coaching is not therapy. It does not treat mental health conditions, process trauma, or explore the past as its primary focus. If you are interested in working thought a mental health concern, a therapist or counsellor is the more appropriate support.
Coaching is not consulting or mentoring. A coach does not tell you what to do, offer expert advice, or prescribe solutions. The process is designed to draw out your own thinking, not replace it.
Coaching works best when you come with a genuine desire to grow, a willingness to be honest with yourself, and a commitment to doing the work between sessions. It is not a passive process, and that’s precisely what makes it so effective.

Every partnership is tailored to your unique pace and goals. For a specific transition or goal, most clients start with 6 to 10 sessions. We generally meet every two weeks, a cadence that keeps your momentum going while giving you enough time to integrate insights and take action. Depending on the depth of what you’re looking to tackle, you may find it helpful to extend our work for a longer period.

The most profound shifts often happen in the space between our calls. At the end of each session, we will co-create specific, actionable steps or reflective practices for you to experiment with during your week. This might look like having a difficult conversation you’ve been avoiding, practicing a new boundary, or breaking the inertia on a project you’ve been wanting to start. Our sessions provide the clarity and action plan to help build the momentum, but the time between is where you gain real traction.

Yes, please arrive with a specific focus or challenge you would like to work through. Because coaching sessions are highly collaborative and client-driven, having a clear topic, challenge, or goal for our time together ensures we can immediately dive in and maximize your forward momentum.
You don’t need to have it all laid out; general idea of what you want to explore, shift, or untangle during the session will be enough to get us started.

Coaching sessions take place over Google Meet. You can find your meeting link in your calendar invite, your initial booking confirmation email, or the reminder email sent 24 hours before our session.
On a Computer or Tablet: Click the meeting link and select Ask to join (no Google account required).
On a Smartphone: Open the link to connect via the Google Meet app. If you don’t have it yet, please download it ahead of time.
